Responsibilities
Responsibilities
1. Operation of Beauty Centers
• Task: Oversee daily operations across multiple beauty center branches to ensure consistency in service quality and operational efficiency.
• Outcome: Efficient operations, reduced downtime, and consistent customer satisfaction across all branches.
2. Profit & Loss Management
• Task: Monitor financial performance of the beauty centers, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, to ensure budgetary goals are met.
• Outcome: Increased profitability, controlled expenses, and achievement of financial targets.
3. Team Management
• Task: Lead, coach, and develop Branch Managers to enhance their leadership skills and improve team performance.
• Outcome: High-performing teams, improved employee retention, and better staff productivity.
4. Marketing Management
• Task: Coordinate with marketing teams to implement local marketing initiatives and campaigns for customer acquisition and brand awareness.
• Outcome: Increased foot traffic, higher brand visibility, and customer loyalty in all branches.
5. Sales Forces Management
• Task: Drive sales initiatives, ensuring the sales team meets targets and customer needs are effectively addressed.
• Outcome: Achievement of sales goals, increased revenue, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
6. Customer Relations
• Task: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing their needs and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Outcome: Increased customer retention, satisfaction, and repeat business.
7. Product & Service Management
• Task: Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products and services by managing inventory, product lines, and service standards.
• Outcome: High customer satisfaction, optimized product offering, and reduced operational waste.

Requirements
Knowledge
1. Operational Management: Understanding of operational processes and strategies to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery.
2. Financial Acumen: Knowledge of budgeting, Profit & Loss, and financial management to ensure that branches operate within budgetary limits and meet profitability targets.
3. Customer Service: Knowledge of customer service principles to deliver a superior customer experience and foster long-term relationships.
Skills
1. Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate teams, ensuring that Branch Managers and their staff meet performance standards and contribute to business goals.
2. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and improve branch performance.
3. Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively convey strategies, goals, and feedback to Branch Managers and other stakeholders.
4. Problem-Solving: Proficiency in identifying operational challenges and implementing solutions to ensure smooth branch operations.
5. Sales and Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of sales and marketing techniques to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
