- Planning and creating engaging contents direction on social media
- Develop a strong static and video content strategy and create a storyboard with scripts, and produce content in the form of static and short-form videos
- Ensure designs and content reflect consistently and positively the brand image and company ideals
- Work with marketing communication manager to create contents using the most current industry best practices
- Briefing, shooting and writing captions for content
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative concepts for campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices and emerging trends in content creation and digital marketing.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Communication arts, Communication design or related
- At least 1-3 years of experience in content creation, with a focus on Static and Short Video.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Having experience in TikTok (Or vertical format short video) content creation.
- Critical thinking and user insight analyzing skills.
- Copywriting skills.
- Storyboard building skills. (logical storyline building skill)
- Visualization skills. (in order to brief the internal production team to make your idea into Video, Graphic, etc.)
- Understand the Character of brand.
- Project management skills with multiple members.
- Have a deep and broad knowledge of advertising campaigns / digital marketing.
- Have good knowledge of culture, market, social trends in the local market.
- Knowledge of Marketing communication, Branding and Digital media.
