- กำหนดอัตราค่าตอบแทนกรณีการจ้างงาน การปรับเลื่อนตำแหน่ง และการปรับเงินพิเศษต่างๆ
- ออกแบบ ปรับปรุงโครงสร้างและโปรแกรมค่าตอบแทน รวมถึงสิทธิประโยชน์ของพนักงาน เพื่อรักษาคนดีคนเก่งขององค์กร
- จัดทำคำบรรยายลักษณะงาน วิเคราะห์ และประเมินค่างาน เพื่อกำหนดลำดับขั้นของตำแหน่งงาน เพื่อใช้ในการกำหนดโครงสร้างค่าตอบแทนและการเลื่อนชั้นเลื่อนตำแหน่ง
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับค่าใช้จ่ายด้านค่าจ้างและสวัสดิการ เพื่อหาแนวทางในการปรับปรุงให้สามารถแข่งขันได้กับตลาด
- ให้ความรู้และความเข้าใจเรื่องการออกแบบ และการบริหารค่าตอบแทนแก่หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, or related field .
- At least 5 years working experience in Compensation & Benefits .
- Strong knowledge in salary structure ,Job Evaluation Process and Performance Management System .
- Good analytical skills and high attention to detail .
- Ability to work independently .
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
