• Mainly support marketing team for administrative tasks.
• Check the accuracy and completeness of documents submitted by marketing staff.
• Facilitate and ensure that marketing process complies with the company regulation.
• Coordinate between marketing team and other departments when necessary.
• Contact with customer who would like to transfer their lease contract, inform the criteria and fees of car lease transfer and make appointment with customer to sign contract.
• Support any other assignments.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in administration or marketing support.
- Advance in Microsoft office including Words, Excel, and Power point.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Good interpersonal skills and coordination.
