- Receive manpower requests for new hires or replacements.
- Source candidates with the required knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
- Post job openings on appropriate platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule job interviews.
- Arrange assessment tools for candidate evaluation.
- Communicate interview results and extend job offers.
- Prepare employment contracts, maintain employee records, and facilitate onboarding.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Least 2 years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, recruitment, compensation, and social security.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a positive attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and demonstrate leadership.
- Proactive, highly responsible, and adaptable to change.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a strong service mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Canva.
