Location: Bangkok
Major Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the accounting department
• Laise with auditors, bankers and other external parties for funding purposes
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Cashflow management
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
• Tax planning with internal/external parties
• Review all reconciliations and consolidate all property companies’ monthly financial statements and preparing monthly portfolio management reports
• Ensure statutory compliance of the project company’s financial records and preparing annual budgets and forecasts
• Oversee all financial matters relating to company and partner with respect to the projects
• Responsible for Petty Cash and Staff Reimbursement
• Thai Nationality, Male or Female, aged between 25 - 38 years old
• Bachelor's degree or higher level in Accounting, Finance, MBA or related field
• Around 5 years’ Finance & Accounting experience in Real Estate Industry
• Senior leadership skill
