- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Supporting in processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Bachelor's degree in any fields
- At least experience 3 years in Customer Services, Sales Coordinator in Lab Service, background in Food Laboratory will be an advantage.
