- Skill record of operator.

- Evaluate and motivate to operator.

- Teaching to Leader and operator.

3.Report

- Create the resuit of production line the report to Manager.

- Report and follow up job assignment from Manager.

4.Environment Management.

5.Other Follow boss direction and company rule.

• Bachelor's degree in  a related field
• Experience manpower Management at2years
• Good MS Office 
• Beginning of English communication
• work on over time and can be travel to outsite
• Certificate ISO9001& ISO14001 and IATF 16949 , Core tool (APQP, PPAP ,MSA, SPC,FMEA)
