• Maintain and improve the quality management system to ensure stability and effectiveness.
• Support and coordinate ISO training programs for employees.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to ISO procedures and requirements.
• Prepare and manage documentation for ISO audits and certifications.
• Act as the key liaison for internal and external audits.
• Conduct internal quality audits and follow up on corrective actions.
• Provide guidance and support to various departments in implementing ISO standards.
• Analyze and recommend improvements to the quality management system.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in quality management and ISO systems (e.g., ISO 9001:2015).
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and internal auditing procedures.
• Proficient in data management and quality control software.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions.
