- จัดทําระบบ PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE และปรับปรุงให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
- วางแผนพัฒนาระบบงานการบารุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นร่วมกับหัวหน้าแผนกเพื่อจัดทําแผนดําเนินการปรับปรุง
- ถ่ายทอดความรู้ให้กับพนักงานและพัฒนาพนักงานในแผนกให้มีทักษะที่สูงขึ้น
- ปฏิบัติงานตามโครงการต่างๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- บริหารงานตามระบบงานที่บริษัทกําหนด (ISO9001:2015,ISO14001:2015,ISO45001:2018)
- ปริญญาตรีวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาเครื่องกล (G.P.A. > 2.70)
- มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี (TOEIC > 550)
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการดูแลงานเชิงวิศวกรรม งานสนับสนุนในส่วนผลิต และการปรับปรุงการทำงานภายในโรงงาน
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี มีทัศนคติที่ดีและมีความเป็นผู้นำ
- มีความสามารถในการตัดสินใจและวิเคราะห์การแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ในงานได้
