- เป็นตัวแทนของหน่วยงานในการประสานงานด้านต่าง ๆ อาทิ งานปฏิบัติงานบุคคล, การพัฒนาพนักงาน (Up Skill), ทำแบบประเมินต่าง ๆ ผ่านระบบ และงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ในธุรกิจที่รับผิดชอบ
- Implement การสร้าง Culture & Engagement ตามทิศทางที่กำหนดของแต่ละธุรกิจ
- รับผิดชอบงานปฏิบัติงานบุคคล ทะเบียนประวัติ, กำลังพล, ค่าจ้างพนักงาน
- ประสานงานกับส่วนต่าง ๆ เพื่อดูแลกำลังพลของบริษัท ให้เป็นไปตาม MODEL ที่ได้รับอนุมัติและจัดทำรายงาน
- ปริญญาตรี รัฐศาสตร์ / นิติศาสตร์ / สังคมศาสตร์/ จิตวิทยา หรือ สาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง (G.P.A. > 2.70)
- มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษอยู่ในระดับดี (TOEIC > 550 )
- หากมีประสบการณ์งานด้าน HRM/HRD จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
- สามารถใช้งาน Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทัศนคติที่ดี มนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี มีทักษะด้านการเจรจาและประสานงาน
- มีความรับผิดชอบ มีความเป็นผู้นำ สามารถทนต่อแรงกดดันได้ดี
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานประจำโรงงานที่สระบุรี และสามารถเดินทางไปต่างพื้นที่ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
