- ทำความสะอาดและดูแลรักษาเครื่องล้างจาน อุปกรณ์ และพื้นที่ปฏิบัติงานให้สะอาด ปราศจากคราบอาหาร
- จัดเก็บและแยกประเภทอุปกรณ์ให้เป็นระเบียบตามตำแหน่งที่กำหนด
- กำจัดเศษอาหารจากภาชนะก่อนนำเข้าเครื่องล้างจาน ตามขั้นตอนที่ถูกต้อง
- เข้าใจและสามารถใช้งานเครื่องมือ อุปกรณ์ และสารเคมีทำความสะอาดได้อย่างเหมาะสม
- ถ่ายทอดความรู้และแนะนำวิธีปฏิบัติงานให้กับนักศึกษาได้
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of dishwashing equipment, utensils, and designated areas, keeping them free from food residue.
- Organize and store equipment systematically in assigned locations.
- Properly dispose of food waste from dishes before placing them in the dishwasher, following standard procedures.
- Understand and apply correct usage and maintenance of machinery, tools, and cleaning equipment.
- Possess basic knowledge of chemicals and their appropriate usage.
- Be able to effectively train and transfer knowledge to students.
