HRA Staff (Compensation and Benefit)
NMB-Minebea Thai Ltd- Employee database records used for managing wages and salaries, such as employee history and work history.
- Perform tasks related to wages and salaries, including checking and recording attendance data, leave requests, and overtime work.
- Understand the rules and procedures for annual performance evaluations, promotions, and annual bonus payments to assist in preparing and verifying relevant documents and information.
- Prepare and coordinate with the central payroll staff regarding employees' income tax returns, as well as understand and provide guidance to employees on documenting evidence and calculating annual income tax
- Update and record changes in employee status and other information to ensure accuracy and currency
- Coordinate both internally and externally for routine tasks that are not complex, such as opening accounts, employee payroll, reporting payroll garnishments, requesting forms, and filing taxes.
- Prepare reports in the form of data aggregation (Fact Finding Reports), such as Manpower Report and Absenteeism Report.
- Prepare reports such as Overtime Report and others for the various departments within the factory for which you are responsible.
Welfare Job
- Perform welfare-related tasks accurately and promptly, ensuring that the work meets established standards and procedures, while remaining under the supervision of a manager and following a step-by-step protocol
- Prepare summary reports of various expenses, including employee housing, medical expenses, life insurance, social security, annual health check-ups, and stock control, in the form of data aggregation (Fact Finding Reports)
- Coordinate both internally and externally with the organization.
- Provide information, advice, and ensure accurate understanding to employees from other departments regarding welfare procedures, including answering questions about what and how and addressing basic, rationale-based inquiries.
- Collaborate in organizing activities to promote and advocate within the company or with the local community on various topics, such as health and hygiene, safe driving, self-care during pregnancy, and the use of communal resources.
- Convey knowledge and provide basic training, covering both general information and job-specific skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics, Applied Statistics, Economics, Human Resource Management, Humanities, Management or other relevant field
- Communicates well in English
- Has computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Able to work at Ayutthaya Province
