1. Manage the import/export activities and documents needed for receiving and delivery of both raw materials and finished goods.
2. Monitor and make sure all import & export licenses, quotas, and permits required for operation are valid.
3. Coordinate and working with internal stakeholders regarding the import-export license to operate, product compliance and food regulatory issue.
4. Calculate estimate landing cost based on expenses of production, logistic and others both directly and indirectly related.
5. Calculate production order and order distribution to ensure that products are manufactured and delivered on time.
6. Maintain control of purchasing costs and assist with preparation of tracking of purchasing.
7. Monitor inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
8. Oversee the procurement of goods and services, negotiating contracts with suppliers and ensuring quality standards are met.
9. Initiate/Create the monthly procurement plan based on Rolling Forecast.
10. Seek for potential new suppliers both domestic and international in order to support the production and sales requirement.
11. Negotiate with suppliers and/or distributors for better costs, trading terms, to deliver cost saving.
12. Monitor and responsible for the corporate procurement processes including inventory management and order fulfillment.
13. Maintain good relationships with suppliers and logistics providers.
14. Other tasks as assigned.
