• Take corrective action when equipment / tooling has any failure for short term and long
term.
• Equipment PM, Equipment Calibration documents preparation, provide training and
maintaining the process control in production.
• Evaluates, selects, and orders equipment and spare part that is most appropriate and
cost effective for the manufacture of company products.
• Overseas the installation, modification, upgrade, and maintenance of manufacturing
equipment.
• Maintains current records on equipment manufacturers’ technical notices, upgrades, and
safety issues.
• Studies equipment performance and reliability.
• Establishes programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems
that affect the manufacturing process.
• Provides technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process
engineering organizations.
• Defines and writes preventative maintenance schedules.
- Bachelor Degree of Engineering or above in optical Fiber communication, electrical, electronics, mechanic, computer, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in maintenance engineer in electronics or optical products.
- Direct experience in process and equipment maintenance of fiber assembly, and optical component is preferred.
- Understand and familiar with manufacturing process control tools and method such as SPC, OEE, FMEA, etc.
- Good command in English communication reading, writing, and speaking
