1. แนะนำผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัทให้กับลูกค้าปัจจุบันและสร้างฐานลูกค้าใหม่เพื่อเพิ่มยอดขายและขยายฐานลูกค้าสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัท/ Recommend the company’s products to both existing customers and build a new customer base to increase sales and customer base for the company's products.
2. สอบถามและติดตามความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับบริการและผลิตภัณฑ์หลังการขาย/ Inquire and follow up on customer satisfaction regarding services and products after sales.
3. ประสานงานกับแผนกบัญชีของบริษัทเพื่อติดตามลูกค้าและทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวกลางในการติดตามการชำระเงินจากลูกค้าที่อยู่ในความดูแลของคุณ/ Coordinate with the company's accounting department to follow up with customers and act as an intermediary in tracking payment from customers under your care.
4. วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพการบริการ/ Analyze data to improve service quality.
1.ปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด ภาษาอังกฤษธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business English or related fields.
2.มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารบัญชีและการขาย CRM ที่มีการบรรลุเป้าหมายอย่างน้อย 1 ถึง 2 ปี/ 1 to 2 years' quota carrying Account Management and CRM Sales experience.
3.มีประสบการณ์และความรู้ในการใช้งานระบบ CRM/ Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
4.มีประสบการณ์ในการโทรหาลูกค้าใหม่ (Cold Call) และจัดการบัญชีลูกค้าสำหรับทีมขาย รวมถึงพูดคุยกับหัวหน้าทีมเกี่ยวกับเป้าหมายต่อวัน ต่อสัปดาห์ ต่อเดือน และรายไตรมาส รวมถึงรายปี/ Have a cold call with customers and handle the account management for Sales team and discuss with the head team for the target per day, per week, per month and quarterly and yearly.
5.มีทักษะการสื่อสารทั้งการเขียนและการพูดที่ดีเยี่ยม/ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6.มีประสบการณ์ในโครงการขายหรือในธุรกิจแบบ Business to Business (B2B) ในด้านการบริหารบัญชีลูกค้าและการสร้างฐานลูกค้าใหม่/ Having experience in Sales Project or the Business to Business (B2B) as the account management and lead generation.
7.มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจที่นอนหรือเครื่องนอน หรือเฟอร์นิเจอร์ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ/ Have the background in Mattress or bedding or furniture firm is plus.
8.สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ/ Can start to work immediately is a plus.
