Responsibilities

  • Work with users, Process Consultant and Process Automation Specialist to design final solution for each process
  • Estimate man hour to deliver each feature
  • Design, develop and test a workflow automation and RPA solution in alignment with the best practice and coding guideline standards.
  • Build and document the automation procedures
  • Prepare test scenario for development phase
  • Support and troubleshoot for live processes
  • Implement change request processes
  • Update the progress, inform and consult Process Consultant if there any issue during development
  • Work with Team member to assess feasibility solution based on requirement and current technology
  • Sharing new knowledge, technical issue and best practice solution to team member 
Requirements

  • Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Computer Science (preferred), Engineering or a related field
  • Good programing or systematic logic
  • Preferred experience with RPA Software like Kofax Kapow, BluePrism, UI Path, Automation Anywhere
  • Preferred experience any of the programming languages like Python,VB Script, .NET C#, Javascript
  • Preferred experience with Workflow Automation (e.g. Kofax TotalAgility or K2)
  • Preferred experience with Database (SQL)
  • Preferred experience with Agile development methodology
  • Basic knowledge of C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and XML, SQL,REST API
  • Robotic Process Automation, i.e., Kofax RPA, UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere.
  • Workflow Process Automation such as Kofax Total Agility (KTA), K2 Workflow.
