Sourcing (Purchasing) & Project Officer
KOI THE (THAILAND) CO., LTD.- Plan and execute the procurement of goods to meet departmental requirements, including replacing or modifying existing products.
- Source, select, and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including price comparison, purchasing, goods receipt, and coordination with relevant departments.
- Prepare and manage procurement documents such as PR , PO , and PI accurately and efficiently.
- Calculate inventory levels and determine appropriate safety stock to support projects and organizational needs.
- Oversee export operations and coordinate international shipping to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle new projects as assigned and align them with organizational goals.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including those in Thailand, China and Taiwan.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Trading, Food Science, or a related field.
- Experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in areas such as Bakery, Ice Cream, or Snack & Confectionery products.
- Experience in purchasing and sourcing within the foodservice industry (e.g., restaurants, hotels, or Yakiniku restaurants) is highly preferred.
- Strong product and market knowledge in the food industry, with a keen understanding of industry trends and consumer preferences.
- Excellent presentation skills, with proficiency in or Chinese (HSK 4-6) or English (preferred).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Open-minded, proactive, and innovative with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical and data management skills are a plus, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
