HR Training and Development Officer
AIR RADIATORS (THAILAND) CO.,LTD.Training Needs Analysis:
• Conduct assessments to identify critical tasks and skill gaps and training needs across departments.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand specific training requirements.
Program Development and Delivery:
• Design, plan, and implement a variety of training programs, including onboarding, leadership development, technical skills, soft skills, and compliance training.
• Organize training sessions, workshops, seminars, and online learning opportunities.
• Ensure the use of appropriate training materials and methods (e.g., e-learning, classroom-based, on-the-job training).
Training Evaluation:
• Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Adjust and improve training programs based on feedback and outcomes.
HR Collaboration:
• Work closely with the HR team to align training and development initiatives with overall HR strategy and business objectives.
• Maintain records of training activities and certifications in HR systems.
Compliance and Legal Requirements:
• Ensure that mandatory training (e.g., health and safety, diversity, and inclusion) is conducted as required by law or industry standards.
Budgeting and Reporting:
• Assist in managing the training budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
• Provide regular reports on training activities and outcomes to senior management.
Others:
• Support other HR works as required; recruitment process, ER activities, etc.,
