- Lead meeting, analyze the root cause.
- Process Monitoring (according to the line abnormal escalation process, drive the resources to solve).
- Control the performance.
- Safety and 5S check.
- Participate in the SIOP weekly meeting to coordinate resources to ensure production meeting sales based on customer demand or forecast.
- Layered audit procedure and plan, carry out monthly audit.
- Establish and update the standardized management procedures or processes of the production department.
- Coordinate and benchmark reports and exchange information with affiliates.
- Follow up KPIs and monitor teams.
- Set up department KPIs.
- Preparation annual budget of the department.
- Good skill in English
- Manpower control/Shop Floor management skill.
- Mange and motivating employees.
- Analysis skill, problem solving skill.
