Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update training records.
• Handle training reports.
• Monitor and manage training expenses.
• Oversee training administration tasks.
• Responsible for training documents, including materials and registration.
• Manage training announcements, including creating announcements, invitations, reminders, and other related communications.
• Perform MBO administration (HRIS operations).
• Handle other documentation processes as needed.
*Open to students available for internships from May 2025 to October 2025.*
• Student who is interested in HR Training field.
• Good command both in Thai and English.
• Good command of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook).
• Having positive thinking and good service mind.
•Able to do a Hybrid working (Work at the office and work from home).
Benefit: 300 THB per working day
Working date and time: Monday to Friday at 8.00 am. - 17.00 pm.
Office: 16 Fl., Mercury Tower, BTS Chit Lom (Entrance 4)
