- Coordinate with HQ IT team to oversee all server/ backup, and restore to meet service level agreement (SLA).
- Install new hardware (Laptop / PC / Monitor / Printer) and manage IT inventory hardware.
- Install and upgrade standard application / software for all TH Clients.
- Provide IT manual and IT knowledge base to support users and team.
- Support and maintain IT infrastructure/Virtualize/Windows/Linux, manage and update Windows patched.
- Manage User/Group Account by create, remove and locks user.
- Recovery the critical data from backup tools.
- Periodical monitoring system and access logged review. Generate basis checklist report (daily, weekly, monthly) or when encounter the problem.
- Find out the root cause of troubleshooting and support solutions. Prepare incident report.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or any IT related fields.
- At least 3 years’ experience in IT administrator, IT Infrastructure, IT Department or IT support.
- Require basic technical skills in hardware, software, and networking. Knowledge or experience in Virtualize, Linux and Windows system are advantage.
- Good English communication with interpersonal skill.
- Able to manage and control an assigned project in hand.
- A good team player, service-minded, and enjoy working in international IT-electronics industry.
- Full time hiring with company’s benefits. Working day: Monday-Friday.
- Location is in Chatuchak – Phahonyothin area. BTS and MRT are nearby.
