Account Manager / Commercial
Relationship Republic Co., Ltd- Be the key coordinator between clients to understand client’s requirements and brief the team to deliver work in line with.
- Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on client commitments and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify growth opportunities as well as pursue new potential clients to expand business.
- Monitor account health metrics and proactively address any potential risks or challenges.
- Meet the assigned sales targets and present the forecasts, performance, productivity, issues, and solution discussion to senior management.
- At least 5-year experiences in client servicing or account management.
- Background in marketing, digital media, communication or technology.
- Proven experience in account management or customer success roles within the CRM or tech industry is highly preferred..
- Demonstrated success in driving customer retention and growth.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts effectively.
