Customer Service Officer
Grande Asset Hotels and Property Public Company Limited- Provide the exclusive support for customers regarding inspection the units, checking the quality of defect work, preparing the related documents for the ownership transfer registration of condominium unit.
- Coordinate with supplier / contractor to rectify defect works
- Coordinate with Banker to provide the exclusive support about the home loan details to customers.
- Coordinate with transfer team to provide the related documents of ownership transfer registration.
- Responsible for customers in order to negotiate, taking care, cope and resolve problems that affect customer service quality and efficiency.
- To work and coordinate with other functions/departments (Finance, Legal, Construction, Operations) to ensure smooth executions of sales and after-sales-services.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Bachelors’ Degree in relevant field
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer services environment preferred and property & real estate business is a plus.
- Being open-minded and flexible; able to navigate through uncertainties and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, articulate clearly both with the written and spoken word and good command in English.
