Sales Manager (IT/Telco)
Lantro (Thailand) Co., Ltd.- Seeks partnership with products and suppliers, locally and internationally, and proposes or plans business deals with potential partners
- Develops business relationships by defining, approaching, and closing sales transactions
- Discovers and explores business opportunities and follows up
- Analyses market strategies, deal requirements, market positioning
- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations
- Writing reports and providing management with feedback if any
- Enhances organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
- Works under Operation team in according to implement the project and supports the needs where applicable
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts
- Increases the value of existing market
- Complies and improve internal customer service practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication or equivalent
- Must be able to communicate in formal English & Thai, if able to speak Mandarin would be a big advantage
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related field is an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- IT or Telco infrastructure Cabling fluency
- Knowledgeable in Fiber and Copper Cables products
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent customer service background
- Able to work in Rayong and Bangkok
- Have own car with active driving license
