Junior/Senior Sales Executive – ERP Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling ERP solutions, a deep understanding of the software industry, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. The Senior Sales Executive will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for ERP solutions across key verticals.
• Identify, qualify, and convert prospects into clients through outbound and inbound sales activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
• Conduct product presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of ERP systems.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications throughout the sales process.
• Lead negotiations, manage contract discussions, and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasting, and market trends to the sales manager.
• Collaborate with marketing, technical, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and align on business objectives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and ERP solution innovations to offer relevant insights and recommendations to clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales is a plus.
• At least 2-4 years of selling Microsoft Dyn365 Business Central ERP solutions or LS Retail or Oracle or SAP or NetSuite or similar enterprise software.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to prospect, build relationships, and close complex deals.
• In-depth understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and software solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Familiarity with ERP software functionality and how it can optimize business operations. Ability to discuss technical requirements with clients and work with internal technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.
• Proficient in contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and closing complex sales deals.
• Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
• Collaborative and willing to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.
