Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and recommend compliance with occupational health and safety laws at work.
• Prepare plans, projects, and measures for occupational health and safety at work and outside of work, including analyzing plans and suggestions from various agencies, and present them to supervisors.
• Ensure occupational health and safety operations comply with plans, projects, or measures for both work and non-work environments.
• Advise and supervise employees to adhere to rules, regulations, orders, or measures regarding occupational health and safety at work.
• Recommend training for employees to prevent accidents, diseases, or illnesses resulting from work.
• Investigate causes of dangers, illnesses, or accidents resulting from work, report findings, and make recommendations to management for accident prevention.
• Collect, analyze data, statistics, and prepare reports and suggestions regarding dangers, illnesses, or accidents resulting from work.
• Analyze work to identify hazards, determine preventive measures or procedures for safe working, and present them to supervisors.
• Assess occupational safety risks.
• Inspect and evaluate the working environment or collaborate with registered agencies to certify or inspect documentation related to the working environment within the establishment.
• Make recommendations to relevant people for appropriate work safety management suited to the organization and develop continuous efficiency.
• Coordinate with various departments to facilitate operations and clarify progress.
• Prepare budgets and control departmental expenses.
• Plan to develop and inspect occupational health and safety work in accordance with laws and other requirements.
• Control and supervise the operation of the occupational health and safety management system to ensure continuous improvement.
• Analyze problems with supervisors regarding improvements or modifications to the working system for greater efficiency.
