Manufacturing Control Officer
Yamaha Motor Asian Center Co., Ltd.1. Develop and manage detailed schedule plans for the preparation of new model and ensure timely progress and delivery.
2. Oversee and control the technical information flow by coordinating with internal departments and Yamaha Group worldwide subsidiaries to ensure proper parts preparation.
3. Monitor and control the Quality (Q), Delivery (D), and Cost (C) aspects of global CKD (Completely Knocked Down) parts management to maintain operational efficiency and standards.
4. Lead and promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the global CKD parts management process, drive optimization and best practices.
- Bachelor degree in any fields
- Good command in English especially speaking & writing (Able to communicate in English confidently)
- Experienced in related field e.g. new model preparation / production control / parts control especially in vehicle / parts manufacturing firm especially engineering background with experience in production control is preferred.
- Project management skills with experience in coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Detail oriented and good work management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and drive improvements in process efficiency.
- Knowledge of supply chain management, new model preparation process, or parts logistics is an advantage.
- Computer literacy (well use in Excel and power point)

Our business operations include Motorcycle Development for Asian Market (R&D Center) and Trade & Investment Support Office (TISO) which is providing services for operations of planning, procurement, supply and control quality of Completely Knocked Down (CKD) and raw material of motorcycle, recreational vehicle, outboard motor and golf car among group companies in Asia, Europe, USA and South America for highest efficiency of quality, cost, and delivery.
