Store Supervisor

Department:          Plant Logistics

• Plan, manage, and control the inventory of raw materials and spare parts to ensure they are in optimal condition, sufficient, and ready for use, in compliance with the ISO 9001 quality system, and adequate for efficient and effective production and machine maintenance.
• Oversee and ensure that regular and accurate physical inventory counts are conducted and reconciled with records, and coordinate with relevant departments to manage inactive inventory.
• Control and monitor the timely, accurate, and up-to-date recording of all inventory transactions, both incoming and outgoing.
• Manage and supervise staff within the department to execute work plans, develop personnel to ensure efficient and effective achievement of goals.

•  A High Vocational Diploma in related fields, with a preference for Technical Industrial Techniques, or Accouting discipline.
• Minimum 5 years experience in warehouse, material, and inventory management, with staff supervision responsibilities. ISO 9001 experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Expertise in inventory control, reconciliation, and transaction recording.
• Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
