- การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจัดส่งสินค้า: ทำให้กระบวนการจัดเตรียมและขนส่งสินค้าทำได้เร็วและถูกต้อง โดยการบริหารคลังสินค้าให้มีความรวดเร็วและแม่นยำ
- การลดต้นทุน: การบริหารคลังสินค้าเพื่อช่วยลดต้นทุนการเก็บรักษา การขนส่ง และค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการสินค้าในระยะยาว
- เก็บรักษาสินค้า: เก็บรักษาสินค้าจากการเสื่อมสภาพหรือเสียหาย เช่น การควบคุมอุณหภูมิ ความชื้น เพื่อให้สินค้าอยู่ในสภาพดีและพร้อมขายหรือจัดส่งเมื่อมีคำสั่ง
- การจัดการสต็อก: ตรวจสอบปริมาณสินค้าและทำการบันทึกข้อมูลอย่างแม่นยำ เพื่อให้สามารถบริหารจัดการสินค้าที่มีอยู่ได้ดี และลดปัญหาสินค้าหมดสต็อกหรือล้นเกิน
- การกระจายสินค้า: เมื่อมีคำสั่งซื้อจากลูกค้า จะรับผิดชอบในการจัดเตรียมและส่งสินค้าตามที่ลูกค้าต้องการในเวลาอันรวดเร็ว
- การลดต้นทุน: บริหารจัดการงานที่ต้องรับผิดชอบเพื่อช่วยให้สามรถลดต้นทุนในการขนส่งและการเก็บรักษาสินค้าในระยะยาว โดยการวางแผนการจัดเก็บอย่างมีระเบียบและมีประสิทธิภาพ
- เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจัดการลำดับการขนส่ง: บริหารจัดการพื้นที่ปฏิบัติงานให้การขนส่งและการส่งสินค้าทำได้รวดเร็วขึ้น เพื่อสามารถนำสินค้าที่พร้อมจัดส่งออกมาได้ทันที
