- กำหนดกะงาน ของพนักงานใหม่ กำหนดสิทธิ์วันลาพักร้อน เก็บลายนิ้วมือ ส่งข้อมูลเข้าระบบ Web time และเครื่อง Finger Scan
- ตรวจสอบอนุมัติรายการ Attendance รายวัน (ขอโอที, อนุมัติการลางาน)
- ปิดสรุปโอทีสิ้นเดือน ส่งเอกสารรายงานการทำโอทีให้แต่ละหน่วยงาน
- สรุปรายงานการลาพักร้อน
- สรุปรายงาน Attendance รายเดือนและราย 3 เดือน
- Stock control ดูแลสสต็อกเสื้อพนักงานให้พนักงานใหม่
- งานอื่นๆ ที่จะรับมอบหมาย
** ฐานเงินเดือน 14,000 บาท ไม่รวม OT **
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ไม่จำกัดสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์งานสรรหาบุคคลอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี (Excel, Google Sheet, Tigersoft)
- มีความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเบื้องต้น
- สามารถสื่อสาร ติดต่อประสานงานได้ดี และละเอียดรอบคอบ
