Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and budgets.
- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making. • Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports to management.
Financial Reporting and Compliance:
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the preparation of annual financial reports and tax returns.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Budgeting and Cost Control:
- Develop and manage the budgeting process, including budget preparation, review, and monitoring.
- Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results and recommend corrective actions.
- Implement cost control measures to optimize financial performance.
Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for daily operations and future investments.
- Develop and implement cash management strategies, including forecasting, cash flow projections, and working capital management.
Financial Decision Support:
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions. • Conduct financial feasibility studies and evaluate investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate financial implications of projects or acquisitions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
- Proficient in financial software and tools, such as spreadsheets, and data analysis software.
