SUMMARYInvestigation and analysis in operations / working methods in the production processes that affect product quality according
to technical changes in production, including follow-up, data analysis, summary of product quality inspection reports
according to the requirements in product quality control process and non-conforming products from customer complaint.
QA managers tend to have extensive experience in quality control and assurance, along with excellent team leadership
and coordination skills to drive teams to success. This role is essential to producing reliable and durable products and
maintaining a positive reputation among consumers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Response and follow up for nonconforming product from outsourcing supply.
• Attend meetings with production departments, and related departments to review the issue of Product and Process Quality.
• Check and collect relevant information and report any nonconforming products that complaint from customer.
• Analysis and monitoring of complaint results and the ability of the production process using statistical quality control tools.
• Prepare reports related to root cause analysis, preliminary solutions, problems cause and action taken for product complaint from customer including report on the results and notify the results to the concerned parties.
• Prepare documented standard for product quality inspection.
