- Prepare of precise and completed quotation to the customer.
- Support outside sales to expanding new business and maintain existing customers.
- Plan and assign job to team members in equally basis.
- Supervise team member to be professional response.
- Plan for improving and developing of operation process in order to service with customer.
- Monitor team member to support job properly and correctly.
- Prepare of precise and completed quotation (RFQ) to the customer on time or to full fill customer's demand after getting inquiry.
- Follow up with customer and overseas inquiry such as shipment status, related documents, billing, claim, report and other requirements.
- Coordinate with Customer Service and other sections in order to share relevant information to support customer requirements smoothly.
- Follow up and solve the problem that caused by other sections.
- Prepare activity report on time.
- Develop the team member in terms of Leadership, Communication, Computer, Work Instruction and Compliance etc.
- Other job assignment from line managers.
Nationality : Thai
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economic, International Business, Logistics or related fields.
Year of experience : At least 3-5 years experienced in a sales function (Preferably for Industrial and Freight Forwarder).
Other qualification :
- Good command of English, both of written and spoken. Toeic 650
- Smooth communicate both inside and overseas.
- Able to operate PC and Microsoft Office.
- Immediate or quick to start working is preferred.
Working hour : Mon-Fri 08:30 am-06:00 pm, Sat & Sun=holiday
