Leadership and Culture:
Foster a culture of quality throughout the organization by promoting TQM principles, values, and practices among employees and leadership.
Quality Teams:
Create and lead cross-functional quality improvement teams responsible for identifying and addressing quality issues and opportunities for improvement.
Training and Education:
Develop and implement training programs and workshops to educate employees at all levels about TQM principles and tools, emphasizing their role in quality improvement.
Data Analysis:

Root Cause Analysis:
Investigate the root causes of quality issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints. Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to address underlying issues.
Audits and Assessments:
Conduct internal audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with TQM principles and standards. Prepare for and facilitate external quality audits and inspections.
Risk Management:
Identify and assess quality-related risks and develop strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring business continuity and quality assurance.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure that TQM practices and processes comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards. Stay updated on changes in regulations.
Documentation Control:
Oversee the management of quality-related documentation, including policies, procedures, records, and reports, to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.
Ethical Considerations:
Uphold ethical standards and considerations in all quality-related decisions and practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering or any related science field.
- Have at least 12 years of experience in Food Safety Quality Assurance management.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in quality control or experience in a food factory
- Have at least 3 years of experience in quality control in laboratory analysis or experience in a food factory.
- Have knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality systems, GMP HACCP, FSSC 22000
- Knowledge of laboratory quality control and knowledge of processed food production processes
