Role Summary
The Regulatory Services System Team Lead is responsible for development, overseeing the operation,
and continuous improvement of regulatory systems. This role includes leading a team, ensuring system effectiveness, and supporting regulatory submissions. Team lead requires strong leadership, technical skills and work closely with regulatory affairs, legal, audit, IT development team, and business units to understand regulatory requirements and system needs.
Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
  • Lead and mentor a team of software developers, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory goals.
  • Set performance expectations, conduct reviews, and promote team growth through coaching and skill development.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software solutions for regulatory reporting and other related regulations.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and compliance teams to translate regulatory requirements into software features.
  • Prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery of regulatory reporting solutions.
  • Track and report project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including compliance, IT, and business units, to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet regulatory needs.
  • Lead and manage a team of developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Ensure code quality and best practices are maintained throughout the development process.

Skills:
  • Proficient in software development, software package management, regulatory systems management and software tools.
  • Decision-making, critical and strategic thinking skills ability to achieve or exceed planned outcomes
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, regulatory-driven environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements
Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ:

Education:

  • Bachelor degree or higher in a related field. Several years of relevant IT and business/industry work experience required

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory systems, compliance, or a similar field.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams and projects.
  • Strong knowledge of banking regulatory, regulatory reports eg. IFRS9, RDT, Basel is a plus.
  • Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Experience with REST services is a plus
  • Experience with one of the cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP is a big plus
