- ลงบัญชีรับ-จ่ายเงินสด ,ธนาคาร ประจำวัน ผ่านระบบ SAP
- สรุปยอดคงเหลือ เงินสด,เงินฝากธนาคาร ทุกสิ้นวัน เพื่อรายงานให้ผู้บังคับบัญชา
- พิสูจน์ยอดเงินฝากธนาคาร (Reconciliation) บริษัทในเครือ ทุกวัน
ทำข้อมูล Cash Flow ทุกเช้าเพื่อให้เป็นข้อมูลผู้บังคับบัญชา
ติดตามและเคลียร์ภาษีศุลกากร ของฝ่ายจัดซื้อ และบริษัทในเครือ และแจ้งยอดที่ยังไม่ได้เคลียร์ทุกสัปดาห์
- รับวางบิล และจ่ายเจ้าหนี้รอบปกติ จ่ายศุกร์ที่ 3 ของเดือน ของฝ่ายจัดซื้อ, ฝ่าย Export รับวางบิล และจ่ายเจ้าหนี้รอบพิเศษ ทุกวันที่ 10,20,30 ของเดือน
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
-ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี
-มีประสบการณ์ ในงานบัญชีรับ-จ่าย / การลงบัญชี ถ้าความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรม SAP หรือ ความรู้ด้านภาษี จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
-มีความซื่อสัตย์ ขยัน อดทน ละเอียดรอบคอบ มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
-สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office
-มีทักษะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ
