Senior Assistant Ship Planner

Overview : Input container details of vessel operations both discharge and load. 

Location : Taiban Road A. Muang Samutprakarn, Samutprakarn

Responsibilities : 

• Check container number and assist senior, checker to prepare discharge plan.
• Check all email related to discharge/load plan.
• Upload container detail for both discharge and loading.
• Prepare list of container loaded and check final EDI before send to vessel/client.
• Assist Supervisor – Planning and operation for documents or loading plan if necessary.
• Confirm and prepare vessel data for A/C Dept. invoice.
• Communicate with relevant department to ensure the work goes smoothly.

• Vocational or Bachelor's Degree 
• Male, 22 Years 
• 1-2 years experience in container vessel operation or Assistant Container Yard.
• Computer skills in MS Word, Excel
• Able to communicate in English 
• Able to work over time
