• Follow up daily settlements and maintain communication with customers.
• Collect cheques and deposit them into the company’s bank account.
• Reconcile received amounts between Receipt Voucher (RV) and the bank statement
• Responsible for sending billing sets to customers within the specified timeline
• Issue tax invoices and receipts.
• Set up new customer profiles in the Oracle Application.
• Prepare a monthly sales summary report and output vat report.
• Prepare the AR aging report monthly.
• Report Accounts Receivable (AR) outstanding for over 30 days to management, along with updates on the AR situation.
• Follow up on and summarize withholding tax certificate.
• Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register, including addition, disposal and physical check
• Assist the Finance & Accounting Manager in preparing management reports related to Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets
• Providing internal & external auditors with necessary data.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Experience in warehouse and logistics accounting or proficiency in Oracle accounting software will be an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel (including VLOOKUP and PivotTable) for reporting purposes.
• Basic English communication skills for workplace use.
• Detail-oriented, diligent, and capable of handling work under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility.
