- Received the set of receipt from cashier both of CS and CB and classified document by job number
- Monitoring the profit from each job and inform the superior when found loss amount as significantly before pass to approve by FFD operation manager
- Verify and ensure the correctness of accounting process for customs clearance jobs were prepared with completeness and efficiency.
- Entry the data in excel file of “Summary Draft Invoice” by running number for reference and classify document by type.
- Prepare draft Credit Note as required by customer after confirmed by Marketing or authorized person
- Follow up the expenses are charged by transportation subcontractors, Maruzen (JP) and other supplier for closing draft invoice in timely
- Co-ordinate and support customer for charge item and reimbursement item
- Able to arrange the commercial invoice of FFD from Oracle Application
- Control the withholding tax form which required by FFD operation
- Handle the Master sheet weekly report, Monthly shipment report, KPI Report, Profit Report and Transportation Report for supporting FFD operation Manager, Marketing and Senior General Manager
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- 3-5 years in accounting
- Ability to handle multi-functions and good communicate with customer, good computer knowledge
