- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the EA Lobby or depart the EA lobby
- Direct visitors to the designated lifts, inform about the various restaurants and cuisines available at EA, opening hours, and all other matters referring to the Empire, AWC and Pikul
- Ensure reception area is always tidy and presentable, coordinate with janitor if needed
- Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Maintain a professional relationship with Valet Parking and security
- Support security for the best safety procedures and informing to manager when incidents occurs
- Assist with travel guest travel arrangements if necessary
- Any other receptionist duties as assigned by manager
- Age 23-25
- Experience in 5 star hotel.
- At least 3 years of experience in reception or related fields.
- English communication skills
