- คิดค้นและพัฒนาสูตรผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องสำอางตามความต้องการของลูกค้า เช่น สบู่ เซรั่ม โลชั่น ยาสีฟัน ครีมกันแดด และอื่น ๆ ได้
- คิดค้นสูตรผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ ๆ เพื่อลดต้นทุนหรือนำเสนอลูกค้า
- วางแผนงานพัฒนาสูตร ติดต่อประสานงานทั้งภายในและภายนอก
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิชา วิทยาศาสตร์เครื่องสำอาง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการพัฒนาสูตรเครื่องสำอาง (Sunscreen, Household 4-5 ปี ขึ้นไป)
- สามารถพัฒนาสูตรผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องสำอางได้หลากหลายรูปแบบ
- มีความรู้เรื่องระบบคุณภาพ และกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาสูตรเครื่องสำอาง
- มีความเข้าใจขั้นตอนการทำงาน เช่น การจัดทำ Stability Test, Sunlight Test, In-use Test เป็นต้น
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี มีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์
- มีความสามารถในการนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ให้กับลูกค้า
- มีความเข้าใจในการทำงานในโรงงานและเอกสารควบคุมคุณภาพ
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษอยู่ในระดับที่ดี
- มีประสบการณ์ในการคิดค้นสูตรสินค้า Personnel Care จะได้รับการพิจารณาพิเศษ
