- Support the Sales team by analyzing customer requirements and providing appropriate technical solutions.
- Recommend suitable solutions based on customer needs, industry standards, and best practices.
- Deliver compelling solution presentations and demonstrations to customers.
- Prepare and review related documentation, including Bill of Materials (BOM), presentations, and Terms of Reference (TOR).
- Collaborate with System Integrator (SI) partners to ensure seamless solution implementation.
- Compare and analyze solutions, specifications, and pricing to offer the most competitive and effective options.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in solution design, technical sales, or pre-sales (advantage).
- Strong knowledge in IT solutions: Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Network.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong presentation & communication skills for client interactions.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams & external partners.
- Proficient in technical documentation & solution comparisons.
- CCNA certification is a plus.
