Senior Sales Manager - B2C, Indirect and OEM
TotalEnergies Marketing (Thailand) Co., Ltd- Ensuring each channel in B2C both Indirect and OEM are aligned in goal, capability, business focus, and capital resources to maximize TE business and agree on a multi year's Business Plan that is fully aligned with TEMTH strategy, targets and conduct activities that will deliver performance and develop a profitable and sustainable business.
- Drive Cadence Performance Culture Conversation for internal and external contributes to overall team performance.
- Manage Sales Productivity Performance Indicators: Distributor Business Plan and Execution Effectiveness, Sales Effectiveness KPIs Scorecard.
- Provide support to B2C channel at Indirect and OEM by engaging all functions in TE which help distributors to deliver the Trade Value Proposition
- Coach and Train Indirect & OEM team for developing commercial competency to align with TE growth direction.
- Ensure the competitiveness and integrity of the customer value proposition for customers, including marketing, portfolio, technical service offer, and supply chain efficiency.
- Participate in developments of OEM, working with Global and Local team. Provide support in key customer prospecting and tender processes for Japanese, Chinese OEM.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Sciences or related fields. Master appreciated
- Minimum 8-year experience in Sale & Marketing with product knowledge.
- Experience in leading a team and excellent leadership skills appreciated
- Good organization skills, meticulous, and team player. Punctual with assigned tasks. Loyal to company and customers
- Excellent communication and training skills with customers, team members, and suppliers. Excellent business ethics.
- Fluent in written & spoken Thai & English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build a constructive relationship with Distributors, OEM and Spare part shop
- Sales experience in Distributor Management, OEM business and driving B2C market with proven success in developing a profitable business
- Good knowledge of Project Delivery, Generating Insights and Managing Customer Experience.
- Strong skills in Selling & Negotiations, Channel Management, Customer Value Proposition, Commercial and Economic Acumen, Pricing and Exposure Management, and Contract Management
- Strong sense of doing business, customer & sales orientation and problem solving.
- Strong leadership personality, good managerial, communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Valid driving license is required and own car that comply with TotalEnergies Light Vehicle Policy.
- Knowledge or general background in HSE rules / practices, basic first aid, firefighting, defensive driving is preferable.
