Responsibilities
- ESG strategy development and implementation with a focus on sustainability reporting.
- Develop corporate sustainability and ESG report for both the organization and business partners
- Help with and greenhouse gas reduction plans for both the organization and business partners
- Collect performance data on sustainability from relevant parties and compile it into an annual sustainability report according to the guidelines of the Stock Exchange of Thailand and international standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG principles into business operations and corporate strategies.
- Maintain ESG reports, including data collection, verification, and stakeholder communication.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving ESG regulations, frameworks, and best practices to ensure the organization’s compliance.
- Conduct materiality assessments to identify and prioritize key ESG risks and opportunities, as well as conducing policy/regulatory analysis.
- Engage with external auditors, sustainability consultants, and regulatory bodies to support ESG disclosures.
- Develop training programs and workshops to enhance ESG knowledge within the organization.
- Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements
- Male or Female, aged 25-30 years
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Organizational sustainability development, Sustainability, ESG reporting, ESG advisory, carbon accounting and/or related field. (Previous consulting experiences is a plus)
- Good project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- English proficiency test results and/or a certificate in environmental training will be considered an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ESG concepts clearly.
- Certification in sustainability or ESG (e.g., GRI Certified Sustainability Professional, CFA ESG Certification, TGO’s CFO, etc.) is a plus
