- Develop channel strategy and promotion plan for Traditional Trade Channel
- Deploy promotion and supported plan to sales team and work closely with sales team to ensure perfect execution
- Cooperated with marketing and sales team for NPD development and launch plan
- Propose NPD with full supported plan to customers with sales and marketing team
- Evaluate Promotion and trade marketing campaign to improve plan in the future
- Manage trade spending within target budget in the most effective way
- Demand planning for promoted item
- Maximize off take on company brands through developing best in class Point of Sale Material (POSM) with Trade Marketing team, Brand Managers & Sales Team.
- Plan in conjunction with Head of Trade Marketing, Brand Managers & Sales Team the salesman merchandizing tools
- Plan in coordination with Marketing and Sales the support for all new launches
- Develop sales presenters & road shows for partners' sales teams whenever needed
- Align Trade Marketing and Brand Managers & take into account respective feedback & suggestions.
- Pre & post promotions evaluation through market feedback and data analysis
- Thai Nationality, Age between 28-38 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or related fields
- 3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing in FMCG industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention & work to detail
- Ability to analyze data
- Willingness to learn and develop with the role
- Experience in FMCG will be advantage.
- Good command both written and spoken in English
- Having Data analytics skills is a plus, particularly proficiency in Pivot Tables.
