Roles & Responsibilities:
Execution of business plan by coordinating with sales, marketing and related function.
Initiative, Define and analyze critical new product development opportunities aligning with strategic plan.
Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
Determines product pricing, promotion and channel by utilizing market research data.
Manage inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels.
Training sales team to achieve sales target by professional and technical knowledge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in any fields
Minimum 3 years experience in Sales and Marketing or Product Management
Posses experienc in Product, Price, Distribution Management would be advantage.
Fluent English in both spoken and written skills.
Proficient in MS Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent presentation skills
Able to travel upcountry
Smart, Self directed, motivated and a strong team player, Strong Leadership, Organizational and interpersonal Skill
