Responsibilities:
- Responsible for bidding process and purchasing of in-direct and direct materials. (e.g. Machine, Construction, Spare Part, Service) as following the company regulation or policy provided.
- Conduct the bidding process and purchasing process as following the company regulation or policy provided.
- Evaluate and select suppliers that meet the standard price, quality, delivery timing and reliability of supply.
- Coordinator with related department to purchase the in-direct materials to meet target price, time line, and schedule.
- Good knowledge of purchasing process, strong technical of procurement strategy to coordinate with supplier.
- Develop process and finding innovation to be support imprvoving responsibilty.
- Issue PO and follow up the delivery with supplier to meet timeline and schedule. Monitoring and ensure the on-time delivery.
- Continuous improvement in the process of Bidding and Supplier Selection.
- Handling other related report following manager assignment.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain & Logistics, Science, Business Administration or any related fields.
- Having 3 - 5 years’ experience in purchasing of indirect material. Knowledge of SAP and import & export are preferable.
- Good communication, well-knowledge of negotiation skills, good manage team work.
- Having good knowledge of purchasing work flow, negotiation technique, and MRP/SAP systems is advantage.
- Good interpersonal and organization skills, Ability to work in dead line and team work environment.
- Enhance work well under pressure.
- Good command of spoken and written in English.
- Computer proficiency in MS office and e-mail communication.
- Good capability to leraning new technology and quick to learning any change in organization.
