1. Set up and prepare medical equipment to ensure full functionality and compliance with relevant standards.
2. Provide support and demonstrations during product training sessions or events to assist customers and stakeholders in understanding product features.
3. Develop comprehensive training programs and user manuals to ensure efficient and effective product usage.
4. Collect customer feedback, analyze insights, and communicate key findings to product development and sales teams to drive continuous product improvement.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to medical equipment, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and seamless operation.
6. Train and support the sales team by enhancing their product knowledge and sales skills to effectively present and recommend products.
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Medical, Biomedical Engineering, or similar).
2. 2-3 years of experience in medical product support or training.
3. Knowledge of medical equipment and related systems.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
6. Able to travel upcountry.
