UOB Kay Hian Securities (Thailand) Public Company Limited- Compensation and Benefit (responsible in area of Incentive/commission)
- Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
- Provide information and assistance to staff and personnel management policies and procedures.
- Administer employee benefit such as Medical Treatment and Health Insurance.
- Coordinate with government sector for documents process such as Department of Labor Protection and Welfare.
- Assist HR Team Lead such as Performance Evaluation, calculate incentive for sale staff.
- Assisting in all HR and general administrative functions.
- Supporting paper work and filing.
- Must have full working rights in Thailand.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Fresh graduate is welcome, but candidate with HR experience in Securities Business is a plus.
- Good command of English communication and also good presentation and inter-personal skills.
